Turkey - Tomato Soup Recipe

Ingredients :

  1. 1 pound turkey thighs, boned, skinned - cut into 1" pieces (2 medium)
  2. 2 small red potatoes - cubed
  3. 1 3/4 cups fat free reduced-sodium chicken broth
  4. 1 1/2 cups frozen corn
  5. 1 cup chopped onion
  6. 1 cup water
  7. 8 ounces no salt added tomato sauce -- 1 can
  8. 1/4 cup tomato paste
  9. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  10. 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  11. 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  12. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  13. 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley

Methods :


Combine all ingredients, except parsley, in slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW 9-10 hours.
Stir in parsley; serve.

Makes 6 servings.
