Vegetable Medley Recipe

Ingredients :

  1. 4 cups diced peeled potatoes
  2. 1 1/2 cups frozen whole kernel corn
  3. 4 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced
  4. 1 cup sliced carrots
  5. 1/2 cup chopped onion
  6. 3/4 teaspoon salt
  7. 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  8. 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  9. 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Methods:

  • Combine all ingredientsin a slow cooker.
  • cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours or until the vegetables are tender.

Yield 8 (1 cup each) servings.
